1If using instant yeast, combine all ingredients in a bowl. If using active dry yeast, first combine water, yeast, and honey or sugar, and let rest for 5-10 minutes until bubbly, then mix in with the rest of the ingredients.
2Mix well. Cover and let rest until doubled in size, about 1-2 hours depending on room temperature.
3Once dough is risen, divide and pour straight into oiled loaf pans, or dump onto a floured surface and roll up before placing into well-oiled loaf pans. The dough will be sticky.
4Cover loaf pans with a towel and let rise while the oven is heating, about 30 minutes or until dough is slightly more risen.
5Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant.
6Let rest at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
