High Protein Oreo Tiramisu
Ingredients
- 11.5 cup Plain nonfat Greek yogurt(360g)
- 21 cup Light mascarpone cheese (or low-fat cream cheese)(225g)
- 330 g Vanilla whey or casein protein powder(30g)
- 42 tablespoon Maple syrup or honey(40g)
- 51 teaspoon Vanilla extract(4g)
- 612 cookie Oreo Thins (or reduced-fat Oreos)(120g)
- 70.5 cup Unsweetened almond milk or cold brew coffee(120g)
- 82 tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa powder(10g)
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mascarpone, protein powder, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
- 2Spread a thin layer of the cream mixture on the bottom of a square dish.
- 3Lightly dip Oreos in almond milk or cold brew coffee, then arrange a layer over the cream.
- 4Alternate between cream mixture and dipped Oreos until the dish is filled, finishing with a cream layer on top.
- 5Evenly dust with cocoa powder, cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours (best overnight) to set.
- 6Cut into squares or scoop into bowls to serve.
