Ingredients

  • 16 slice sourdough bread(240g)
  • 22 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded(280g)
  • 32 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded(200g)
  • 42 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded(200g)
  • 54 oz cream cheese, softened(113g)
  • 60.5 cup buffalo sauce(120g)
  • 71 teaspoon garlic powder(3g)
  • 81 cup mayonnaise(230g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, combine the remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Set aside.
  3. 3Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of a slice of bread.
  4. 4Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and place the bread in the skillet, mayonnaise-side down.
  5. 5Sprinkle a layer of the cheddar-mozzarella mixture over the bread.
  6. 6Add about one-third of the buffalo chicken mixture.
  7. 7Top with another layer of the cheddar-mozzarella mixture.
  8. 8Place a second slice of bread on top and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the top slice.
  9. 9Cook for 3–5 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted.
