Ingredients

  • 11 sheet puff pastry(250g)
  • 2300 g mushrooms(300g)
  • 3100 g blue cheese(100g)
  • 41 tablespoon olive oil(13.5g)
  • 50.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 60.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. 2Clean and slice the mushrooms.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté until golden and moisture has evaporated.
  4. 4Season mushrooms with salt and black pepper.
  5. 5Arrange the cooked mushrooms in the bottom of a tart pan.
  6. 6Crumble blue cheese evenly over the mushrooms.
  7. 7Cover with the puff pastry sheet, tucking the edges inside the pan.
  8. 8Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden and crisp.
  9. 9Let cool for 5 minutes, then invert the tart onto a serving plate.
  10. 10Serve warm.
