Mushroom and Blue Cheese Tart Tatin
Ingredients
- 11 sheet puff pastry(250g)
- 2300 g mushrooms(300g)
- 3100 g blue cheese(100g)
- 41 tablespoon olive oil(13.5g)
- 50.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 60.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 2Clean and slice the mushrooms.
- 3Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté until golden and moisture has evaporated.
- 4Season mushrooms with salt and black pepper.
- 5Arrange the cooked mushrooms in the bottom of a tart pan.
- 6Crumble blue cheese evenly over the mushrooms.
- 7Cover with the puff pastry sheet, tucking the edges inside the pan.
- 8Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden and crisp.
- 9Let cool for 5 minutes, then invert the tart onto a serving plate.
- 10Serve warm.
