  • 23 eggs(150g)
  • 3100 g sugar(100g)
  • 41 teaspoon lemon zest(2g)
  • 51 teaspoon vanilla extract(4g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. 2In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
  3. 3Add the milk, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
  4. 4Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  5. 5Place the baking dish in a larger pan filled with hot water to create a bain-marie.
