Creamy Italian Chicken with Citrus
Ingredients
- 13 piece Chicken breast(600g)
- 20.5 cup Olive oil(120g)
- 32 tablespoon Butter(28g)
- 43 clove Garlic(9g)
- 50.5 piece Onion(60g)
- 60.5 cup Chicken broth(120g)
- 71 teaspoon Onion powder(3g)
- 81 cup Heavy cream(240g)
- 91 teaspoon Salt(6g)
- 100.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
- 111 piece Lime(50g)
- 122 tablespoon Parsley(8g)
Instructions
- 1Heat olive oil and butter in a pan.
- 2Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- 3Add chicken breasts with shallow cuts and sear until golden on both sides.
- 4Remove chicken and set aside.
- 5Add chopped onion to the pan and sauté.
- 6Add chicken broth and onion powder, stir well.
- 7Add heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Stir and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- 8Squeeze in lime juice and add parsley.
- 9Return chicken to the pan and cook for 15 minutes, letting the sauce thicken.
- 10Serve chicken with sauce, garnished with parsley.
