Ingredients

  • 11.5 pound ground beef(680g)
  • 212 piece bacon, cooked and crumbled(360g)
  • 31 teaspoon garlic powder(3g)
  • 41 packet onion soup mix(28g)
  • 50.25 cup ketchup(60g)
  • 62 tablespoon mustard(30g)
  • 72 pound cheddar cheese, shredded(908g)
  • 81 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed(454g)
  • 91.5 cup beef broth(360g)
  • 101 cup heavy cream(240g)
  • 118 ounce elbow macaroni, cooked(227g)
  • 123 piece bacon, crumbled (for topping)(90g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
  2. 2Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  3. 3Add the cooked ground beef and 10-12 pieces of crumbled bacon to the crockpot.
  4. 4Sprinkle garlic powder and onion soup mix over the meat.
  5. 5Add ketchup and mustard to the crockpot.
  6. 6Add shredded cheddar cheese and cubed Velveeta cheese.
  7. 7Pour in beef broth and heavy cream.
  8. 8Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  9. 9Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
  10. 10After 1 hour, remove the lid and stir in the cooked elbow macaroni.
  11. 11Fold the macaroni into the mixture and let sit for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
  12. 12Stir again, then top with the remaining 3 pieces of crumbled bacon.
