High Protein Strawberry & White Chocolate Mini Buns
Ingredients
- 10.5 cup Greek yoghurt(120g)
- 20.5 cup plain flour(60g)
- 31 egg(50g)
- 41 tablespoon sweetener(12g)
- 50.5 teaspoon baking powder(2g)
- 60.5 teaspoon baking soda(2g)
- 780 g strawberries, diced(80g)
- 815 g white chocolate, chopped(15g)
- 91 tablespoon vanilla protein powder(10g)
- 101 tablespoon milk(15g)
- 111 teaspoon extra sweetener for sprinkling(4g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven or air fryer to 150°C (300°F).
- 2In a bowl, mix together the Greek yoghurt, egg, plain flour, sweetener, baking powder, and baking soda until combined.
- 3Use two spoons to form dough balls and place them in a small oven-proof dish.
- 4Spoon the diced strawberries and chopped white chocolate over the top of the dough balls.
- 5Sprinkle extra sweetener on top if desired.
- 6Bake or air fry for 18–20 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
- 7While the buns are baking, mix the vanilla protein powder and milk to make a glaze.
- 8Drizzle the glaze over the warm buns before serving.
