Ingredients

  • 10.5 cup Greek yoghurt(120g)
  • 20.5 cup plain flour(60g)
  • 31 egg(50g)
  • 41 tablespoon sweetener(12g)
  • 50.5 teaspoon baking powder(2g)
  • 60.5 teaspoon baking soda(2g)
  • 780 g strawberries, diced(80g)
  • 815 g white chocolate, chopped(15g)
  • 91 tablespoon vanilla protein powder(10g)
  • 101 tablespoon milk(15g)
  • 111 teaspoon extra sweetener for sprinkling(4g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven or air fryer to 150°C (300°F).
  2. 2In a bowl, mix together the Greek yoghurt, egg, plain flour, sweetener, baking powder, and baking soda until combined.
  3. 3Use two spoons to form dough balls and place them in a small oven-proof dish.
  4. 4Spoon the diced strawberries and chopped white chocolate over the top of the dough balls.
  5. 5Sprinkle extra sweetener on top if desired.
  6. 6Bake or air fry for 18–20 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  7. 7While the buns are baking, mix the vanilla protein powder and milk to make a glaze.
  8. 8Drizzle the glaze over the warm buns before serving.
