Instructions

  1. 1Prepare the Caesar salad: Chop the Romanian lettuce and place in a large bowl.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, mix 80g mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, 100g grated parmesan cheese, 1 minced garlic clove, and 1 tbsp salt & pepper. Toss with the lettuce and set aside.
  3. 3Prepare the crispy chicken: Slice chicken breast into burger-sized pieces.
  4. 4Set up a breading station with flour, corn starch, salt & pepper, cayenne pepper, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  5. 5Coat chicken pieces in flour mixture, dip in eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  6. 6Air fry or deep fry chicken at 180°C (350°F) until golden and cooked through (about 10-12 minutes).
  7. 7Prepare the garlic parmesan sauce: Melt butter in a pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  8. 8Stir in mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and sugar. Cook until smooth and combined.
  9. 9Toast burger buns until golden.
  10. 10Assemble the burgers: Place crispy chicken on the bottom bun, top with garlic parmesan sauce, add Caesar salad, and cover with the top bun.
