Ingredients
- 11 cup ice(240g)
- 22 ounce blanco tequila(56g)
- 32 ounce guava jam(56g)
- 40.5 ounce cream of coconut(14g)
- 52 ounce coconut milk(56g)
- 62 lemon juice(60g)
- 71 teaspoon shredded coconut (for garnish)(3g)
- 81 slice lemon slice (for garnish)(5g)
Instructions
- 1Fill a shaker with ice.
- 2Add blanco tequila, guava jam, cream of coconut, coconut milk, and the juice of two lemons to the shaker.
- 3Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
- 4Strain and pour the margarita into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- 5Garnish with a little shredded coconut and a lemon slice.
- 6Serve immediately.
